Been waiting for ove...
Been waiting for over a week for my call logs .. My numbers dialed and numbers smsed from my sim cards .. Whenever u cal the call center they say they will email the billings department ..the billings department sends invoices when u reply as to what you want they don't respond .. I have wasted more airtime on calling customer services than i have ever used ... Rain billings department is worst .. If there is a billings department as one cannot contact them directly ... Its time to report to Icasa not that that would even help .. Reviews on hellopeter does not even help cause all u get is a message from rain we on it ... But nothing even happens ..thereafter ..no call from rain no email not even from the what seems to be ghost billing department ... If there was a zero rating i would definitely rate a zero ...

so here is my cut and paste reply to rain once again
kindly note ... rain has ent me the sim car activity previously. they sent me the numbers dialed and the numbers sms's that has been sent to. just this morning i called they were able to inform me of the numbers dialed and the numbers that were smsed for November and you now tell me

this is what myself and many thousands of others complain about the pathetic service from rain with customer care and social media consultants who don't even understand what rain offers and what they don't ...

Can someone email me what I requested .. if payment is not made we are cut off immediately from the WiFi yet it damn takes rain over a month and counting to provide me with and October history of the numbers dialled and numbers oti which SMSes was sent ....
