Been trying to cancel since June 2023 and still being charged.

I have been trying to cancel my Rain service since June 2023, the app tells me it will be canceled at the end of the month. But at the end of the month I get debited again. This has been going on for months even though I am not using the service. I have called rain numerous time spoken to numerous agents and got numerous reference numbers but still I have not got this resolved. I now have a bill of over R5000 and no assistance in resolving it. Absolutely terrible service.
