Been reporting Rain internet for poor service, for over a year now

Been reporting Rain internet for poor service, for over a year now. Nothing gets done. Been sitting with there rain SIM cards that i can't use. Have phoned them numerous times. There website does not allow me to get thru to them either. www.rain.co.za also does not respond Maybe you can do something about it as I have paid my monthly fee every month of R600. Just to watch my Netflix. Wil be very gratefull for that.
