Been having problems...

Been having problems lately woth Rain constantly dropping the connection... and i hv had my router all these years on the right spot where i can get 100 % connection.... but lately im starting to hv doubts. I have had so many people complainig that Rain connection is bad and i would be the one saying Rain had the best connection because since COVID i hv been a great fan of this ISP. Im now getting tired with having to log tickets and with no one also getting back to me.... maybe its time i start looking at other options because the contstant disconnect really gets to my nerves now or is ot because im still uso g the old Huawei H112 router? Why is this happening because I hv been the best customer for Rain all these years never missed a payment....but it seems this will now push me to look at other options. 😟😟😟😟😟
