BEEN ****** BY RAIN NOTHING FOR FREE
Rain is a nightmare South Africa, whoever has rain router must just cancel it and grab other offers from MTN , Vodacom may be also Telkom due to the fact that the same Rain has consultant who speaks Chinese and she can't assist you with anything. This is just a ****.

16 May 2025, 10:40Thank you Rain for your call. Your response means a lot to me . I believe in companies responding back to their clients and fixing their wrongs . I am happy again with this platform on Hello Peter to raise our problem. I have been a Rain customer or client almost two to three years with no complaints until yesterday the 15th when they billed R1100 but Mohammed from rain called and explained everything to me and all went well. His promised was that they will send a courier to come and fetch the old router refund will be done after fetching the old one. Until the old one is fetched, I cannot say I am happy or not but I am after getting their response but not happy until they fetch the old router. I'll give a good or bad review after June .
