BEEN A MONTH AND STILL WAITING FOR CONNECTION

good morning i have called so many times trying to get my 5G sim contact and its been 24 days in counting ever since i got the package but seems like connection takes a whole month to the 2hrs or 24hrs promised by the rain network support people. i am very much disappointed by the lack of competence you guys shown and ill never advice anyone to get the rain sim going forward. this is my second review and nothing has been done about the 1st review done a week ago.
