Because you get signal it is not a ********** ****.. It is not what was promised but it is legal.

Signal but no internet... I placed the sim in a S8 Phone, so that I can see the signal strength clearly. Got 4G signal with 3 bars, so signal is thus not the problem.... but can not get more than 0.15 meg per sec.I even drove to where they say they have a tower, but still no faster internet. Rain should be closed for ********** marketing, all promis no perfomance... You see the add.. you pay the price and then R500 later you cancel... This should be considered as *****.. Also remember that even if you order to the end of the month, it is full payment for that month and if you cancel after the 1st day of a month you will have to pay for that month aswell.. This **** makes even more money out of you..for just trying it out.. and all of this is within the South African Law. For those of you that are wise enough to see if it works before you fall for the same ****.. well done... I think the answer you are looking for, sits at the top of the page...6500 customers/victims complaints.. that should speak for itself. Do not make the same mistake I have made.
