Beautiful service I received from Rain.....

For once in a very Long time I am going to write something very positive about Rain. I have been having issues with my 5G router and for the whole month I didn't know what was the problem .Lastly I spoke to a Lady called Thuli or Thula .after they had changed my router we realised ilthe SIM has also a Problem I spoke to her on Monday....the 28/08/23 in the morning around 11.Tuesday 29 at 8 my new 5G sim was delivered . On top of that I was credited for not having internet for the whole month of August ..... This is the Best service I have always wanted from Rain

From that day I have new Respect for them . Thank you so much I was ready to jump ship and now I am happy
