Be careful when dealing with Rain, pay back my money

Rain is a terrible company , they take your money first when ordering a 5G internet and giving it to a nonsense company called Ram who are giving foreigners problem when delivering . Since I paid for my router on the 1may till today nothing happens. One of their support agent said that they have refunded my money on the 18th May but until today nothing has been deposited in my account . Company full of lies.........
