Be careful Rain will drain your money you don't have

What a bully I am frustrated and drained by rain. I closed my account in 2021 however they just send me sms last week stating that I owe them 1492.83. from May 2023 to September 2023. (Why only now? why didn't they send me sms the first month when there was no payment so we could have investigated and find out who opened the account.

Why waited five months before you close the account if there was no payment received?

How do I owe you while I close my accounts 3 years back. I was on month-to-month contract back then. I gave you guys two month notice and paid all before the account was closed. Who opened the account in my name because I have never opened the account since then.

I have sent few messages for the consultants to call me back so we can resolve this, till today I have never received a call from them.

I am left frustrated with not details except that they have unknown bill on my name.

This is an abuse now cause now I am going to be listed for something that I do not have an idea of where it originates
