Be careful of Rain internet services!!!!!

I would not recommend Rain to anybody. I cancelled my service almost 3 yrs ago. I have not had internet connection since. They however are refusing to collect their router and has been debiting my *** every month ever since. Sometimes they try to debit up to 8 installments a month. You will never be able to cancel your service. They will keep refusing to collect their router and continue billing you for a service they not providing. Be careful people, this company is not above board!!!
