Be aware, Rain is not flexible

I've had Rain for 5 years. My initial speed was 700mbps. At some point it dropped to 50Mbps. I downgraded to the lowest package and still got 50Mbps. Nowadays I am barely getting 20Mbps. I called to upgrade to 60Mbps package. They will not upgrade using my existing Outdoor router. The router is on a pole on my roof and works well. I don't want another indoor router, that may not be as good, and I will have to do a lot of recabling. Because of their stubborness to upgrade me on that router, they will be losing a long term customer as soon as I find another provider. Very narrow minded perspective.

Firstly, it’s John, not Johan. It’s shocking that I have to post on HelloPeter before anyone will assist me. I still want to upgrade to the 60mbps using my existing outdoor router

Hi, all my speedtests are under 30mbps. Speed test right now gives me 28,2 download and 31.1 upload.Have you upgraded my package yet? If you haven't or you can't by tomorrow, let me know and I will find another provider.

Well, I don't know if you refreshed or not, but now I am averaging 6Mbps download speeds, my usual for the evening. It's not good enough. I will have to go with Fibre as I need more speed.
