Be aware of rain guys wat they say and do is not the same after they ***** your money and waist your time

This people think they are doing you a favor??! If been with them for more then 4 years now and a few weeks back realized that my internet is very slow but my signal is 75 to 100 full? When i callled them they askd is your router in place where there is good nework? For almost 7 months not moving it and always having signali said yes then i realized i for months now i am not getting the mb i am paying for i asked after that call on a nother call about it then they said it looks fine and will check in to it maybe just reboot your wifi? And from there more then a week i have no signal no connection after email and email nd calls and so on i just get emails showing me how to set new apn settings as i did and stil nothing? When i said i want to cancel and refund they told me to go cancel at on web page? Wel its been 8 days now waiting for my refund after i paid dubble and still no one is calling or refunding? So please guys dont use these people because sooner or later you wil realize you as a client mean nothing
