Be aware of rain as ISP. They don't refund after payment.

I was told by rain consultant that the complex where I live has a good signal. On 29 October 2022 I proceeded to pay R1 and R528. When I received router on 01 November and try to connect the signal was very poor. I contacted and spoke to many technical consultants without success. Finally on 04 November 2022 I spoke to consultant Faheeza who tried to assist but still no improvement in signal. She advised me to cancel and so I immediately did. She told I will get a full refund. Thereafter I contacted rain on numerous occasions but still didn't get the refund. Still waiting its 31 December 2022. Shame on you rain for charging me without providing a decent service. MN CHETTY.
