Data has been off and on non stop every couple minutes throughout the day yesterday and still today it's off completely.. speeds are pathetic like Kbps not even Mbps, you going to tell me that you are working on towers and that you are doing your best to resolve the issues.. but IV been hearing about this for months now and it seems things only getting worse.. it is completely unviable to stay on such a network.. atleast give some indication of what you are doing to fix this and what is the expected dates this will be fixed.

Could you explain what a "user-affecting alarm on the site" is? And means?

Your tower has been down and we have had no internet for 24hours straight.. and now it has basically been 48 hours of ******* totally unusable internet.. are your thechnicians even there ? I'm sure you and your bosses do not sit without internet.. so then why let your clients who pay a large monthly fee get such bad service.( It's us the clients who are your business). I'm going to go look at the tower today it's quite close to me and I want to see if anyone is even there working on it, that will be interesting.. will report back on that, another thing you best ask your CEO how he plans to keep up with Geforce now streaming that he is so proud to have signed up?? With this internet lines you will make a fool of SA, best rather give that business to someone who can actually provide internet!

Look I understand that In South Africa with the loadshedding crisis at hand things must be tough to run efficiently.. I apologize for any harsh criticism I may have put out.. I will remove my negative comments and take it as it comes. I think we all just have had enough over the last couple years and things just seem to be going down hill constantly with so many negatives, them things that should not even bother us like internet connection just becomes our punching bag.. I hope that things will become easier and better for Rain to provide a good solid connection. Have a good weekend!
