Basically I cancelled the GeForce Now service offered through Rain

Basically I cancelled the GeForce Now service offered through Rain. They confirmed it cancelled - I have reference numbers. Only to be charged for two more months after cancellation, where I did not even use this service. In these two months as well, I was unable to access my accounts through their mobile applications or web. All phone call attempts to their service desk, confirmed the service was cancelled. I requested a refund for the 2 months and further confirmation that it was cancelled. They did not respond to any of my email follow ups - I have the reference numbers. It got to the point were I cancelled my card… The service and cancellation process offered by Rain in regard to GeForce Now, is completely unacceptable.
