Barely meets the minimum reqiurements in satisfying customer needs & quality of service

This is the first review I've decided to write - note that I even refrained from reviewing my previous property agency, who never saw to anything in the apartment throughout the year, including a ****roach infestation, and furthermore, took a large portion of the deposit at the end of the contract for 'service fees & maintanence'. Keeping this in mind, the Rain ISP is by far the most frustrating, inconsistent and unreliable service I have paid for. The number of times I had resorted to buying data on my phone to hostpot just to meet work deadlines is countless. The majority of my leisure time is spent restarting, reseting and searching for fixes regarding the connection strength and speed. Truly disappointed at the poor quality of service from this telecom.
