********* bahiviour and exploitation customers from Rain

I had a month to month contract with Rain which I notified them to cancel last year Jan 2022 when I was not happy with their service and overall constant poor network coverage which they had failed to act on, instead they tryied to persuade me to change my mind about terminating the relationship. Rain has since been pastering me about some balance accumulated from the time I gave them a notice which I have strongly disputed until they collected their router from my house which by the way I had stopped using from the time I gave them notice as I had installed a fibre as an alternative.

The matter died down but now I keep on getting calls that I owe them money a year later which I am still disputing. This kind of behaviour is irritating and highly *********.
