BAD/WORST SERVICE

This is one of the most *********** and dishonest company, when we signed up we were told that the service works on a month to month basis, we also told that the month you don't pay then you cant make a use of the payment, end of January I could not pay due to Nedbank doing an investigation on my accounts, I did not have Wi-fi for the month of February, on the 25 February I made a manual payment through Shoprite, I am now told that the payment made was for February and I am required to make a payment for march, another confusing is that they say every month end you you pay for the month that has passed, Now I am told I need to pay March premium before, I was never told this,, THIS is the most ****, inconsiderate company,, I EDGE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM RAIN, I WAS TOLD ABOUT YOUR SERVICE BEFORE AND WANTED TO GIVE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND NOW I REGRET.
