Bad/NO service delivery

Good day

I have purchased a rain data sim and had okay connection for 4 days. After this it went downhill and fast. I have tested on multiple occasions and got 0.03 to 0.35 mb/s download speeds. I will not recommend Rain as a service provider since you dont receive a service. They are just *****ing your money. I have reported my problems on multiple platforms with no joy. Some needs to close this thieving company down
