Baddest network provider and service ever

A few years ago I had taken a rain sim for 4G as we just came from Covid and I was required to work from home, I had endless issues with the network and ended up paying every month without being able to use the network when having to work. I got assistance from the technicians or support team and ended up not being able to connect after all settings and stuff was checked. I then advised the person that was assisting via email that I am still not able to connect and can’t continue with the issue, I advised that I am moving to another network due to the network not working and it not allowing me to work, I’m now being called by debt collectors and being asked to pay for funds after I left the network after paying and not being able to connect. I am not willing to pay for something I was not able to use
