Bad useless consultants
I requested a cancel of my plan on the 2 of november i get comfirmation from robert on the 11 for month end and guess what the 31 of december my debit order goes off again for more the what i normally paid and the response is sorry it can take up to 14 days to refund sorry for the inconvience really are we doing this now
