bad useless agents

I was bill R739 1/4 called ask to fix my account and refund me , called the 18/4 no refund in progress and still on the standard plan , passed a credit note come 1/5 I pay R552 where I was suppose to pay R384 , your call center agents are useless you delay in everything , I want my refund ,
