Bad unreliable service

I have cancelled my Rain contract on 25 February 2022.

No one contactef me eversince.

I hardly ever had signal and always had to buy private data as the Rain never worked.

They sent out a technition 2 months ago whom said they will refund me and come and collect the router which never happed.

Know I have a big bill to pay if which I hardley ever had use of.
