Bad to non excisting service

Rain internet service profider is one of the worst companies i ever dealt with. Theor customer aervice is no to non existing. I order and paid for new simcatd on the 26th of April. Only recieved the simcard on the 22nd of may. Until today the 25th of may the simcard has not been activated. You leave them mesaagea on the support on their dashboard which is a waste. No contact details. Leave them messagea on messenger and now 5 days later and not even a atemp in answering it. My money they have..... So disappointed that i ever considered them to provide me with wifi. I will never recomment Rain to no one. Grant Harvey
