Bad to no service from Rain

I am new to Rain. I have been with rain for around 3 months and have had nothing but unresolved problems. Continuing to buffer or screen freeze while watching TV. I also loose internet connection. I'm continuously having to phone Rain for assistance but they don't seem to be able to resolve the problems. Saturday 29th March early afternoon I list internet connection whether on 5g or 2.5g. I phone Rain countless times yesterday and was always told to do the same thing. By the 5th time they said they would escalate it and that I would be contacted. We'll no one contacted me so I once again phoned back and was told that the other department that was dealing with the escalation had tried to phone me but my phone went straight to voice mail. I find that very strange. However no one phoned me back after asking for them to do so. So I gave up and unplugged my wifi fir the rest of the night. However today around 11am Sunday 30th March I connect the router up and still no internet. Once again I phone Rain only to be told that it has been escalated and that they would contact me. Asked when would I be contacted I'm told repeatedly that it has been escalated and they would contact me but unable to give me a time. Just that I must wait. I have even upgraded my router from 30 to 60 with absolutely no change except the amount I have to pay. With all of this down time I hope they will give me a reduction in my premiums. I cannot recommend them to anyone's
