Bad Support and Maintenance response to towers been out
Worst support Down since 00 h 00 this morning came on briefly and went out Phoned 3 times but with no luck Apparently all the 5g towers down here in Springs Selection Park and surrounds 1st person told me no TAT 2nd said it was due to loadshedding but none of the towers came back online even now at 22 h 00 The 3rd person said they work till 8 pm and will have them send out a team.as i informed her loadshedding will start at 8 She said she will phone me back wrt the status yes 22 h 35 no call not even before 8 pm Premium package and i cant even get a 4g Raised this with every call and seems to fall on deaf ears

29 Sept 2022, 18:50Again 4 calls to the call centre each one escalating it to the network team again promises of will get back to me None forth coming and no real feedback to why the 5g is down Now 2nd day without wifi Do they care not really I am 870 m from the towers still has to see some network team arrive Will definitly look into fibre but also same.issues with none service
