Bad support and bad customer service- Use a competitor

I signrd up with Rain. Was promised delivery within 2days a time given. That was not honoured. I had to call them 4x to follow up. No one bothered to tell me therewl be a delay. When the router finally arrived, it was the wrong sim card. I was given another customers sim card which means I waited another day to figure this out as it was not bring activated within the given time. AGAIN, I called them, and was told the new sim card will be delivered today (7days later from the initial sign up). AGAIN, Ive been calling and calling, Im told thos has been escalated to logistics dept only theyl be able to tell me when this sim will get to me. I have never! Absolute terrible service! This was supposed to have been working when it arrived 5 days ago.
