Bad support

Bad support. 1) internet connection disconnected without notice When you troubleshoot the matter their support hours is closed and no one replies to emails after 8pm 2) Billings are not managed well and billings are wrong and confusing - I paid an invoice for R748 on 29 June 2023 however on the 3rd July 2023 my services were disconnected and I’m supposed to pay R499. However the screen said I should pay R499 on the 25July 2023. 3) Support teams don’t know their branches they sent me to four ways mall to collect a sim for a sim swop, however there’s is no rain shop at fourways malls
