Bad Srvice

I recently acquired the services of Rain less than 10 days ago. Since Thursday dated the 23 September at 16H48 i reported a technical problem and was told the matter will be resolved within 24 hours. I have made numerous call to technical support and to date been Sunday morning 05H35 the matter has not been resolved. I'm experiencing problem with connectivity. I was told yesterday after 2 calls that the matter was escalated to network support and this was at 15H00. This services is shockingly pathetic and no resolve and very disappointed. If this matter cannot be resolved then cancel my service
