Bad speeds, still waiting for assistance.

I have a rain sim (uncapped) since 5 June 2020 and I've been trying to get the best out of the service but I get a maximum of 1.5mbs download during the day. The only time of day that I actually see good speeds are between 3 - 5am. I've requested assistance twice and all I've got so far is "Please be patient, the network team is looking into it" which was last week Wednesday.
