Bad speeds bad customer service

For the last 3 months I'm getting speeds of less than 2mbps and I'm using the R700 5G I've been calling the call center a technician was even sent to my place but I'm still not helped I've called the contact centre too many times no one has answers the keep on telling networks will get back to me I'm so frustrated even today they promised to give me an update but nothing yet.
