Bad signal/service
I have now logged 2 tickets in the last 2 month without getting a "guaranteed response within 24 hours " I do not have signal, cannot do anything with this sim and router that is paid for in full every month... While the sales team is trying to impress you the service is great, but do not expect any feedback afterwards

I received a what's app from rain today telling me they are coming to disconnect my router and had completely wrong address. I don't think that is really professional for someone else's address to be sent to me.
The message was later deleted, but I saw it already.
Where is my address advertised if I am getting someone else's?
Still have not had a tech confirm an appointment with me...
