Bad signal and worse customer service

The Bedfordview tower is constantly down, resulting in very poor signal. The new call centre is even less useful than before (if that's even possible). Before coming to hellopeter I initially tried their Facebook page where I have been blatantly ignored for a week, while I watch new business customers receive replies instantly. Great way to treat existing customers. For R1000pm you would expect better service. Pathetic.
