Bad signal and no customer service

Terrible network,Signal has a error all the time very Pathetic ,launch 5g but there signal bad,then they wana tell you its Loadsheeding which is a absolute lie ,cause before even the load shedding the signal is bad,why could they just tell us our area was bad for signal,why sell a non ready product. Dont talk about the rain router I bought ,it is not even 6 months old and it heats up and freezes ,its a terrible thing and the more i send a email about it the more they just ignore last week i sent 5 emails they only responding about eskom cause that was all they got to say,I asked all of the people to becareful and rather go with a better network for better quality
