Bad signal and invoices for services that I did not know nor use

I previously lodged a complaint regarding the billing issue. I was contacted and informed that the billing would be cancelled and removed. However, I am still receiving daily calls regarding payment.

Please note that the item can be collected at the following address: 87 9th Street, Babelegi, Hammanskraal, 0001.

This is the collection address for The Loop. I would highly appreciate it if the item could be collected as soon as possible and the calls regarding payment stopped.
