bad services

In September i had a problem with my rain sim card i called they customer service to assist me i was told to pay the outstanding amount,which i did .i called the customer services that my sim card doesn't read on my phone no one was able to assist me they just hang up the phone.im very ****ed off with this rain and it is very difficult to get hold of them...
