Bad Services

It has been over three weeks now with no data from Rain. I have tried calling, sending emails, and even reaching out through their website, but with no success. Payment has already been made, yet all I keep getting told is that they will "investigate and come back to me" – which never happens.

This is truly disappointing service, especially after so many years of loyalty to the brand. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency shows that customer concerns are not taken seriously at all.

Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Rain priorities of concerns
