Bad services

Still not happy about the services and how the support team is helping me it's now going on for 3 weeks after l paid ,everyday its a different story for the past 3 days l have been calling and l have been told different stories like yesterday when l called l wasn't owing and was even sent an email that lm connected but untill now lm not so l decided to call again today ,lm told that lm owing .l have paid 499 on the 23rd of October and since then lm not connected.This is my second review regarding this still not action is being taken .Rain is so busy putting promotions,but not taking care of the customers they have ,it's really a waste of money and time l would not recommend rain to anyone
