Bad Services

On the 26th of March 2020 I purchased an unlimited monthly package for R479, upon trying to rica the sim card I failed continuously. Contacted support to assist with no luck. I sent so many emails to support to cancel my purchase and refund me my R479 till today no body from rain has contacted me regarding the problem.
