Bad services

My reference number is *** .....Rain its a waste of money they are so fast to cutt their services if you make late payment but even if you pay the do not reconnect you it's been 2 good weeks without any network and in between this week's l have been calling rain for assistance and every time they tell me a different story the last one really made my day they told me they haven't updated my profile from their side it's showing that l am owing ,and they will escalate the matter to their billing department and it's been 2 weeks now l am spending my own airtime to call them after other second day coz they will tell me to wait for 24 hours at the same time lm buying data after l paid 500 for WiFi that lm not using .It's 2 weeks now no internet and on the 20th lm supposed to pay again for the coming month coz on my rain app it shows that sim is active and my next date of payment is on the 20 I if there is anyone who wants to join rain you must be ready for some disappointment ,,it's really a waste of money
