Bad services

I am so disappointed with Rain Mobile Network Provider.I requested a Sim-swap on the 1st March 2024.I was advised the delivery will take between 35 working days.Today is the 11th March 2024.I called in and the lady I spoke to advise that she does not know why I have not received the simcards.She advise that she will escalate my matter and apparently there is no turn around time so I need to wait between 3-5 working days(again).Mind you Rain for work purposesas a result I need to travel up and down access internet because I do not have internet access even though I paid for it.And yet when the deduction date comes,they will expect to deduct full amount....wow
