since the 3rd of this month I don't have internet connection. after I eventually got through to one of your agents I was told the mistake is on your side not mine. after not getting feedback I phoned ample of times and wasted all my airtime listening to your music 😡

your service sucks!! and your agents are beyond *********** 😡 😡 if I could have given a zero rating I would have.
