What kind of company that does not have a direct line we can call or an email I have been trying to get hold of you. I lost my sim card and need the process of replacing it I work from home and I have lost two days of work and come pay day you will be debit my account can I get the process or cancel you are playing with my job with this disgusting service it's the first time I see a company that has no means to communicate with them
