Bad service with my Rain Sim
I have been trying to replace/cancel my lost rain Sim but every time I keep being told I need to pay my arrears first for a card that was lost in July and have now accumulated and I must pay when I haven't use it for over 4 months? How does this work? Why can't they cancel the lost card?
