Bad service, terrible connection. Fact Rain SUCKS
Since the 6th of February no internet connection, tried submitted a ticket but no response and no phone call to fix the issue. It is very exhausting to complain about about one thing time and time again. I give Rain a benefit of the doubt but it keeps on failing to provide good service. Now I'm paying for what?
