Bad service, support service is very bad

Bad customer services Requested simswap, till to date I have not received services.... everytime I follow upon different platforms they always says they have sent my request to support team...I've paid for services that I'm not receiving and they expect a payment the following month... worst part I have two simcard with them that means if I don't pay it will also affect another.... it's time to cut ties with them and look for another provider.... don't ever purchase data from rain their after care service is worse service that you will regret if you use data on a daily basis... ur business or work will be affected .... find another service provider, I don't recommend them Reference I was provided with is ***0
