Bad Service / Support from Rain ISP

Very bad experience with this ISP.No that i want to cancel or their options does not wotk anymore ?? 1) Their phone *** - no longer accept calls 2) Their email *** no longer accept emails 3) their website rain.co.za no longer accept support tickets to be logged ?

No i ask you how must I cancel my service as its been billed to my credit card every month whether i have service or not ??
