Bad service supp**** by rain slow and bad customer service no reply after connected to Rain

Rain contacted me quickly when they wanted to sell rain to me they called quickly now for two weeks battling with their service the Sims they give you won't work you get tickets with a number and you wait I think I am going cancel their service bad i don't think by the 15 there be money in my account to pay them
