Bad service, Router doesn't work.

Bad service from rain mobile, bought the rain one package which didn't take long to come, received messages that the Sims are active however the router hasn't been working for more than 24h it has never worked since it arrived the 4G Sims work but they don't make calls, you can't reach rain mobile through calls nothing, I called yesterday and they said to give the router 24h to work however were still waiting deeply disappointed with the service this is the first time rain has ever disappointed me.
